Power Steering Plus

Power-assisted steering system with ability to reduce steering effort at low speeds, e.g. during manoeuvring and parking

Rear-Axle Steering incl. Power Steering Plus

Active steering of the rear wheels for increased agility, a reduced turning circle at low speeds and improved driving stability at high speeds. The rear wheels are turned in the same direction as the steering input at the front axle or in the opposite direction, depending on the current driving speed.

Power steering Plus dynamically adapts the steering to your speed: reacts directly and with extreme precision at high speeds. At low speeds, it enables particularly smooth manoeuvring and parking.

Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake (PCCB) - Calipers in Yellow

Race-track-approved ceramic braking system with carbon-fiber reinforced ceramic brake discs. Due to the thermal stability of the ceramic material, the PCCB is virtually unfazed by even the most of extreme conditions. The crucial advantage is the extremely low weight of the ceramic brake discs, which are approximately 50% lighter than cast-iron discs of a similar design and size. As well as enhancing driving performance this particularly reduces unsprung and rotating masses. Yellow painted brake calipers lend the brake its unique look.

LED main headlights with matrix beam technology (84 pixels):
– camera-based detection of vehicles ahead and oncoming traffic, and intelligent dimming of individual segments of the permanent main-beam cone
– segment-specific dimming of reflective traffic signs to avoid driver dazzle
– to optimise target fixation, not only are the lights selectively dimmed to fade out oncoming vehicles, the area to the right of the light void is lit more brightly for better guidance of the driver's visual attention

Smartphone Integration

Connect your smartphone to your Porsche and get some of your apps directly on the Porsche Communication Management (PCM) screen. Both Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ are supported. Voice recognition lets you use apps conveniently while driving, minimising distractions and allowing you to concentrate fully on the road.

Note: Apple CarPlay requires a compatible iPhone®. The approval of Apple CarPlay in individual countries as well as the approval of apps for Apple CarPlay is controlled exclusively by Apple®.

The following mobile devices are compatible with the software used in the vehicle can be used without restrictions:

Other devices may be compatible. Users of Android™ devices with Android 9 and lower can download Android Auto from the Google Play Store. For users with devices running Android 10 and above, Android Auto is pre-installed.
