Automatic Parking with 2D Surround View offers a range of functions that support and assist the driver:

- Automatic Parking uses ultrasonic sensors and camera systems to automatically detect parking spaces and measure their size. Once the system has signalled that a parking space is large enough, the driver can initiate and control the parking manoeuvre. The system automatically takes over the steering and forward and reverse movement of the vehicle. The Active Parking Support is capable of parking the vehicle in parallel and perpendicular parking spaces.
- 2D Surround View provides the necessary all-round view from every angle when parking and manoeuvring. Four high-resolution cameras on the vehicle provide a 360° view of the surroundings for convenient manoeuvring. In addition, the driver can select individual camera perspectives that offer an even more detailed overview.
Note: All systems operate within their system limits and require constant monitoring by the driver.
